Our room was very large and spacious for a family of five. The kitchen supplies are basic but adequate. Breakfast was fairly limited but it was low season, not sure if this would change when the hotel is busier. The gym is older but serves its purpose. The hotel is nice and clean with a large pool and helpful, friendly staff. Outside there is always an available tuktuk driver to take you the short distance to the shops. Our hotel arranged the tour / tour guide for us to Angkor Wat and other temples, it was very easy and the guide was really good.

This place was amazing! Great location, rooms were a good size and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is amazing to spend the afternoon after a hot day of sightseeing. Breakfast selection in the morning was great too. We enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impressively spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at Koulen. The pool and courtyard were amazing. The rooms were spacious. It was like having an apartment. The staff was friendly and very attentive. It was extremely convenient to the mall across the street and the river walk.
