All hotels and hospitality businesses could learn a lot from the friendly, efficient, supportive staff at Shinto Mani. They are outstanding! Everyone is friendly and engaging. The private tours and airport rides they arranged were first class. They go the extra mile to ensure your visit is excellent. The property is beautiful and creative in the decor and art. There is a small boutique and bar I would recommend onsite too. And the spa is fantastic. So welcoming and attentive. The restaurants are great too. We loved Siem Reap and felt safe, welcome and supported and highly recommend the hotel. The founder also runs a nonprofit for Cambodians here to learn the hospitality business which is so wonderful to see in action.

super friendly staff, I really feel like home and for sure I will recommend this place. We had a direct access to pool ground floor room. It was excellent. one thing to take a note the shower area is relatively smaller. If big size person might be difficult to turn around freely in shower area. The mattress is not the simmons type which you will feel your partner's movement (most of hotel also like this).

Great Location and Price.
This hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a mall and many different restaurants and shops. It is also much closer to Angkor Wat than a lot of other similar quality hotels. The pool is great to swim laps and right out side the door for most rooms.
