Hill’s Hummingbird Haven LLC 21442827

Hill’s Hummingbird Haven is a quaint home that offers a peaceful stay for visitors to the Sierra Vista area. We are located five minutes from Fort Huachuca, and have easy access to the 90 bypass. Our guest have full access to an attached garage with additional parking if needed. There is a local bike rental shop minutes away from the house for your own cycling adventures. Restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores are all within a 5 minute drive from the townhome.
The interior is tastefully designed with an eclectic mix of European and South West influences. This townhome has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is a full service kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and TV room with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a folding twin cot in the master bedroom closet as well. The back patio is private and guests are welcome to use the grill with plenty of outdoor seating available. Feel free to fill the hummingbird feeder’s and get your cameras ready for an acrobatic dance. Please read house rules prior to booking your stay.
For the security of our guests this home has one outdoor security camera at the entrance and it is turned off after guests check in.

We flew into Arizona for a short stay with our 1 year old. Our hosts had the pack n play already set up, which was so welcome after a long day of travel. The house had everything we needed and more. Lots of nice touches like robes and breakfast items. Would highly recommend!

Excellent property!
Quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient sum up my experience. Stayed here for two weeks. Great neighborhood and the townhome was very peaceful. The owners were very polite and responsive if I needed anything or had any questions. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with all appliances/cooking implements. One of the best properties I’ve stayed at!

This was the perfect stay! Every single detail about this property was intentional and wonderful. From the location (conveniently near the base and town) to the thoughtfulness behind all of the small details, we would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. We spent 4 nights and loved the entire experience. I have had so-so experiences before with other hosts, but cannot recommend this one highly enough. Everything was enjoyable, clean, and comfortable. It felt like staying in my own home, only better! We were able to cook, grill, wash our clothes, enjoy the AC, and shower (with great water pressure). I was traveling with elderly people who have some mobility issues and it was accessible and restful for them which was a huge bonus. Anyone visiting the army base or area should absolutely stay here.

This is a well kept place perfect for a family. The rooms were welcoming and just the right amount of space for privacy. Things like coffee beans with a grinder and simple breakfast items were a welcome surprise. The 4 star is only because the patio area could use some attention. It was too warm to use anyway. Otherwise everything else was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed this home so much. It had delightful touches that led to great conversations about past history when people did things differently. An example was the antique phone and tea sets. Beautiful and functional as well as decorative. Our host was available and met our every need. I will always see if this home is available when we visit here again.

This place is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. There are breakfast items available, so you can sleep in on late arrivals. The rooms are spacious for relaxation. This is our second time staying and will reserve again when visiting family.

This property was just as advertised (in fact better). We got a chance to meet our hostess (Theresa) as we were checking in and she was very accommodating and personable. She even took the time to give us a short tour and tutorial before she left. This was one of the best well stocked homes I have ever stayed in during my many times in VRBO locations. Theresa even left us a couple of "goody" items along with all the other personal touches she provided. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here should we visit the Sierra Vista area again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property.

One of the Best
Haven is the perfect word for this home. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the homes layout provides for privacy and togetherness. Our host Theresa generously provided delicious breakfast items. She was very helpful with recommendations for great dining in the area. This property was spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked and pleasant to work in. The TV room was like a "man cave" for the one of us who needs that. The beds were comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The living room with "candles" in the fireplace was pleasant for one to curl up with a good book in hand. This a great place to get away from the cold of the north, relax, walk and enjoy the area.
