With only two apartments on each floor, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second-floor apartment with elevator puts you right on Crescent Beach during the day, with front-row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico each evening. A wall of sliding glass doors open the living room to a furnished screened lanai with sliding glass windows overlooking the beach and the Gulf. The large master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV, Blu-ray DVD -- plus 10 feet of closets! -- and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a large wall-mounted HD TV, DVD player, & double closet. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner ceramic topped stove with convection/radiant oven -- and granite counters, toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, dishwasher, disposal, blenders, plus wine glasses & service for sixteen. Free laundry facilities are adjacent to the kitchen. Covered parking. Great shops, restaurants, galleries, golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, fishing & other water sports are minutes away.

Best beach in the world!

Binder with directions (nor Corby’s guidance!) didn’t help and we were unable to connect... Which was disappointing.I left a note that disposal does not work... I had checked it before I attempted to put food in it would not turn on. We didn’t have to have it for our short stay.
