Spacious ~ Private Beach~Shuffleboard~Pool

Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.

Purchased April 2021 and fully remodeled after Hurricanes. Back on Market March 24, 2025. This unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.

Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean. This property is not gulf-front, but it is on the beachside of Midnight Pass, therefore, no crossing streets to get to the beach, just walk the beach access.

I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. The complex has a service and your chairs will be put away for you. No need to drag them back.

Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key.

Please bring your own toiletries. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

The property was immaculate when we came, which always makes you feel comfortable. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as well- super important! Steps from the beach and minutes drive away from everything you need, this was a great little getaway retreat. Varinia responds quickly and attentively.

Sister’s getaway

The property was super clean and very well appointed. The beach amenities were amazing…. Including Tupperware. My sister an I had amazing lunches on the beach.. never have I rented where Tupperware was available to bring our own lunches to the beach!!The property is conveniently located to so many things! THE BEST GIRLS TRIP

We rented this property for a 40th birthday trip. The location is close to everything and Varinia has everything in this condo that you would need for the beach! The place was spotless and communication was excellent with the host. We want to come back next year!

Relaxing Siesta

Fabulous location. The private beach was amazing. We stayed a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament. It was a fantastic alternative to staying at a hotel and the rate was comparable. The free rides into the village were an unexpected plus. We will definitely be back.

Siesta Key Paradise

The location cannot be beat and having chairs and an umbrella for the beach was wonderful. The Condo was clean and having a washer/dryer on site was a bonus. The shower in the Primary Bedroom is quite small but having three full bathrooms made up for this. The kitchen has salt and pepper and just a couple spices, but nothing else including foil/plastic wrap or cooking spray so be prepared. Would absolutely visit here again.

Some cleaning supplies would have been helpful and we had some trouble with the outlets. Plugs would not always stay in the wall. Beautiful condo in great location

Stayed here with our 3 young kids (4,6 & 8) for a long weekend to. Condo is beautiful, fully furnished / stocked with everything you need and in the perfect location for day and evening activities. We rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay and is totally worth it - we got to explore so much of the island we would have otherwise not seen! The trolly is very easy to navigate, especially with a pick up right outside the location. Varinia Was extremely helpful when I reached out to her a couple different times including airport transportation and golf cart rentals. We will definitely be back to this location (exact condo!) and have already recommended to multiple friends for their vacations as well!

Beautiful beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in siesta key. The condo was clean and very well stocked with any extras a person might need like towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc. it was also on the ground floor which was very convenient for unloading and loading the car. I was disappointed that we could not see the ocean from the condo. I thought I had filtered beachfront and oceanfront properties when we booked but maybe I didn’t. It was a very short walk to the beach. I was just hoping to soak in as much of the ocean as I could. We still had a great time and loved our time on the beach.

Girls Getaway

Property was as described online. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, but the 2nd bedroom bed was not as comfortable. We enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms! Other amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, laundry, dishwasher soap and plenty of towels were also a nice touch! Location was great and once we figured out free trolley that was even better. The beach was very close, but we think the Noseeum bugs (hoping that’s what was biting us) were an issue. We did leave with bites on us and that made for an uncomfortable trip home. We never were able to use the digital code to get in condo, but used the key and it was not an issue for us. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Overall we had a great time!

Good beach vacation location

Family of 5. Accurate description of spaces/rooms, but as with many properties, appeared more spacious in photos. Three (3) baths!!—-a rare find, great perk for privacy. Medium firm, nice mattresses and liked use of duvets. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee pot and filters. Short walk to beautiful beach with chairs (and beach wagon with toys if needed). As with many beaches, go early if you want provided lounge chairs. Hose right outside door to clean off feet/sand—convenient. Numbers for free transportation—no answer. Trolley too infrequent to be convenient. Walking would work, if lots of time. We drove (~1.5 miles) to Siesta village where most island restaurants are located. Bikes or golf cart (did not rent) might have been more convenient but weather was chilly/rainy most days. Would def stay again for more of a beach vacation, but bring groceries to limit trips to village. Dacquiri Deck for drinks! One reserved parking spot and another appears assigned but is first come, first serve, leaving limited 2nd car parking unless parked and not moved for duration.
