När vi anlände höll det på med vägarbete precis utanför hotellet vilket resulterade i en sömnlös natt. Badrummet var ofräscht och det fanns gott om myror. Bimderna var missvisande. Vi checkade ut redan dagen efter tyvärr.

如果不介意海灘，喜歡更多時間待在房間的話

員工，餐食，房間設備都很好，在這裡度過愉快的夜晚。回程被嘟嘟車司機放鳥，櫃檯馬上安排其他接送。唯一不好是海灘，跟照片差很大，懷疑餐廳把廢水跟垃圾直接排到海灘，噁。當初選這間除了海灘也距離機場較近，但我錯了，事實上也需一小時車程，報價價格比機場到市區20美金貴

It is close to Otres 2 beach. It is a no frills place but at the same time, it is not cheap.

Reasonable good

We stayed for three nights and had an overall good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room spacious and with kettle, minibar and safe. We had an issue with the drain on our second day. The water came up in the shower when flushing the toilet. No sewerage water, though, luckily. This was fixed within the hour and we where offered a free dinner for the inconvinience. (No other room was available. There were a couple of power block outs too, but not longer than a minute or two. Breakfast was great with numerous choises. Served at the table. Overall it was a good stay, if a little overpriced as it was high season.

Уютный, небольшой, по-домашнему тёплый, с потрясающими завтраками по заказу и баром-кухней в течении дня. В номере все необходимое, кровать удобная, все чисто, бассейн работает до 11 вечера, перед сном то, что нужно) Персонал очень любезный, бармены потрясающие) Что касается отеля, нам все безумно понравилось! Единственный минус-это дорога до пляжа. Но это в целом беда Камбоджи(

Enjoyed our stay near the beach

This was a nice boutique hotel overlooking a river and 5 minutes from the beach. The room was spacious and clean, but could use some updating. Bed was large but hard, by US standards. Good AC and a fan. The pool was small but also clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Good breakfasts. Nice little personal balconies.

kleines Hotel in dritter Reihe ohne Strandlage

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Check in war super schnell, der Willkommensdrink hat geschmeckt. Die anfängliche Euphorie verblasste schnell. Direkt neben dem Hotel simd mehrere Baustellen. Der Lärm war extrem und andauernd... Entspannung am Minipool nicht möglich. Einfach wahnsinn... Sogar die Liegen waren verstaubt und dreckig vom angrenzenden Baustellenbetrieb. Das Hotel befindet sich in dritter Reihe ohne Strand inmittten eines Baustellengebietes. Die Straßen sind fast nicht vorhanden. Das Stadtzentrum Sihanoukville ist fußläufig nicht zu erreichen. Ein ATM existiert 5min weiter, sowie einige Minishops für Wasser & co. Am Strand gibt es wenige Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren ok. Kein außergewöhnlicher Komfort. Das Frühstück kann kostenfrei von der Karte geordert werden und war in Ordnung. Man war gesättigt. Natürlich mit ordentlich Baulärm und Baustaub pünktlich um 7 Uhr. Einfach unfassbar. Aber wenn die angrenzenden Baustellen fertig sind, dann ist es ein kleines Hotel in abgeschiedener Lage mit freundlichem Personal, Bar und Pool.

Excellent hotel overall

Very convenient location and facility was nice and very clean. Staff was friendly in general but we found the bar tender a little overbearing. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the surrounding area was not as nice with ongoing construction etc. Not too bothersome for a short stay.

Attractive small hotel with nice pool.

The hotel is small and the rooms are arranged around the pool. It is situated next to the river and one road back from the best beach in the area. The breakfast is good with some interesting choices eg croque madame, full English! The staff are lovely. The rooms are a good size and well equipped but are starting to show a little wear and tear. There is a construction project going on right next to the hotel but we did not find it too noisy and it did not greatly affect our stay.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Strand Otres Beach 2. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber mit ausreichend Lokalitäten für den Abend. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird für jeden Gast persönlich zubereitet, dass man zuvor ausgewählt hat. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Superb stay

Excellent hotel with amazing staff who endeavour to satisfy every requirement that their clientele demands and accomplish this with consummate ease. We wish all hotels followed their example. We stayed for 5 nights,enjoyed every minute and would not hesitate to book again. It would easily be our first choice when we next return.

Small, clean resort less than 5 min walk to beach

Stayed at this resort for two nights. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The towels provided could have been better quality so might be worth bringing your own. Good choice of breakfast. There is a new hotel currently being built right next to this hotel so consider this when booking (the noise was not so intrusive for us) - stayed here Jan2018

Отличный отель,с оч.хорошим персоналом,Находится через две дороги от пляжа Отрес 2 самого лучшего в Камбодже.3минуты пешком до пляжа. Совет на пляж ходите через отель Вайт бутик.Иначе вы рискуете увидеть все "прелести"Камбоджи.Отличные завтраки по меню выбор оч.большой.Всегда есть фрукты.есть два российских канала.

Nice hotel, dead area

Hotel was nice, staff were great, but local area is a bit dead. The beach is ok if you don't mind sewer pipes running straight into it all along from the villages. We got an $8 tuk tuk to the main town area. Toilet also didn't flush so that would've been a massive issue had we stayed longer than we did. Breakfast was awesome though, proper full English, and they made nice cocktails.

Cute tropical paradise in Otres 2

Such a cosy little resort of about 10 rooms.very clean, breakfast selection was sufficient. Had the best croque madame for breakfast! Area was quiet yet safe, short walk to the beach and restaurants along the waterfront. Owner and staff were accommodating whenever we asked for shuttle to be arranged.Loved the pool and bar area.Wifi can be weak at times but it is manageable.Do expect a couple of electricity tripping but they were rectified quickly.

Calm and relaxing

Came to Sihanoukville for a three day break after a conference. Otres Beach - at this time of the year (end of season) is relatively quiet - better go to Sihanoukville centre if you like busy. But for me, the calm beatuiful beach and warm sea were perfect. Otres Beach Resort is a small hotel with a 'family' feeling. Friendly staff, well kept rooms, nice small pool - nothing fancy, but also nothing missing. Very positive point : excellent breakfast menu. Only criticism : WIFI connection was pretty shaky and unreliable - but hey, I was on a break. In summary, if I come back in the area I would chose the hotel again without hesitation.

Nice hotel near the beautiful Otres Beach 2

Spacious room with excellent breakfast. Most importantly, close to one of the best beaches on sihanoukville. Only thing to be aware of is that it is quite a distance from the city center (serendipity area) so getting back at night can be quite a chore. But in general, a small price to pay for the privacy.

Nice hotel close to the river and beach

Bit of a smaller hotel than expected, it looked a lot bigger on the pictures, for instance the pool is a lot smaller! It also needed a bit more overall maintenance to maintain the modern feel. Overall though a good hotel with nice back end views of the river, it's close to the beach, but doesn't have it's own beachfront, you just have to cross a road to get there. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they organised a taxi for us to phnom pen even days after we had checked out of the hotel. The breakfast was good, although the food and drinks in general were pretty overpriced for Cambodia.
