But I had a few issues starting with communication before the trip. I asked about the tv situation (streaming, etc) and didn’t hear back until several days later when I sent another message. "This is a great cottage! The decor is perfectly designed. The beds are comfortable. The location is quiet. We even heard an owl outside one night. The closest restaurant or grocery store is about 20 min away, but a beautiful drive. I did reach out to the host during our stay and never heard back so that is my only complaint. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. "

"My family stayed for the New Years holiday and had a great time! First of all it was super clean! We didn't have any problems finding things or getting them to work as there are very thorough instructions in the house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2 tv areas for little kids and grown ups watching at the same time. They each had plenty of comfortable seating also.The weather was mild enough to enjoy the screened porch and fire table while we chatted and got caught up. The round table...

"The property was more remote than expected, and as an older woman alone I had a couple of uncomfortable vibes. That being said, I also am hearing impaired, so sounds can be deceiving for me. It reminded me of my house growing up on the farmthe farm in tthe 50's. "

"This was a great spot for my wife and I who were visiting family who live in the Briar Chapel neighborhood. Quiet and spacious - nice deck on the back. Nice that there are TVs in both living area and bedroom. Good WiFi too. We will certainly return to this property in the future. Highly recommend. "

"Robin is a wonderful host, we stayed 44 days and had everything we could ever need. The Christmas lights & Christmas tree were definitely a nice touch. House is very clean, great location, very comfortable beds and a beautiful deck! We will definitely stay again when we’re in town visiting our daughter & granddaughter! "The property itself will take you by surprise. Once you step inside its so cozy and still so elegant. The living room tv is massive and great picture, and the living room suit was something i wish i had at home! The bed must have been one of those space mattresses because ive never slept so sound. 10/10 will re visit"

"This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. "

"So adorable. The house is huge inside. Centrally located to major shops and restaurants, not to mention DELIVERY!!!! Roomy kitchen. Missed the dishwasher but I’m use to hand washing so really no buggy for us. I did need a few more pots and pans as I was cooking Christmas dinner for all the kids and grandkids but if not hosting, it was plenty. There were nooks and plenty of space for naps and breaks from the noise. The guys loved the game room. We will definitely stay in this lovely homey home...
