"This is our second time staying here. It was lovely. Always clean from top to bottom. Great food. Lively environment. Great for kids as it always offered entertainment. Approx 7 min walk to train station. Indoor pool was closed this time ( I assume it is closed in summer time.) when we came last time it was in October and if I’m honest, the indoor pool needed a good deep clean and new grouting. Absolutely all the staff including the cleaning staff and cooks were lovely. Can’t wait to return. "

"It is a basic hotel with no-frills, but hits a homerun on all the important things. Super comfortable bed, excellent shower, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is nice because it is midway between the bus and train stations, and the beautiful and historic old town. We would definitely stay here again. "

"After a long journey, it was so nice to be greeted with a welcoming staff. Jana, Hussane and team were so helpful, cheerful, and anxious to help us celebrate our anniversary. We book a suite and was the perfect setting for us overlooking the sea. The team was always available for any want. The dining staff manager Edwardo went over the top to make us feel welcomed and offering any amenities. The wait staff was very professional and helpful. Bar services were fantastic. Miranda was pleasant and always available for whatever we might need. As well as Erik, Niko, and Fatima. Maid service was phenomenal. We had full board, but I would recommend half board, since there are so many walkable shops, and restaurants. Great beachfront resort!"

"Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters "

"This is a great hotel, in a great spot to explore Lloret De Mar. The breakfast was incredible, sooo many choices, including fresh cooked eggs and omelettes. The pills and rooftop areas were great. Absolutely nothing I can complain about."
