"The room was not clean. When I asked them to clean it they didn't. I was locked in the bathroom for over 30 minutes the door lock broke. I couldn't call the front desk to get assistance I had to rely on a relative to get some help. I started to break down the door. the staff told me that the owner did not want to spend the money on repairs. "
