"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Summit Sky Ranch. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). The house accommodated our needs perfectly. It was clean, well-stocked and the property manager did a great job of communicating and sharing information with us before and during our trip. We loved all the windows and stunning views of the mountains. Location was perfect - easy access to all the things we wanted to see and do. We would definitely recommend and would return in the future."

"My wife and I were in town for a wedding and it worked out great. You are literally a one block walk to the free shuttle, but you probably won't even take it. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. I loved that the kitchen was a little bit separated from the great room so we could cook and prepare without having everyone gather IN the kitchen...hahaha. The fall colors were incredible, the place impeccable, and the host VERY responsive. If I ever find myself...

One thing that's often hard to find is a comfortable couch that fits everyone, but this one was fantastic—super comfy and plenty of room! The views of the mountain were incredible. It's tough to say what was the best part—drinking coffee in the morning while watching the snowcats groom the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching them, or waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them hard...
