"If you’re looking for quiet, small and cozy! This is it! It was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a a hiccup on the property, nothing to do with the rental itself. Even still it was a great trip. And the host is extremely kind and responsive. 5 stars for sure! Reviews are huge for me, as is kindness. Will stay again for sure! Thanks April! "

"Super nice! They thought of everything! A small matter of a mistake in the listing was quickly and thoughtfully resolved. The time we were there was super hot, so the spacious, nicely equipped lanai was out of the question! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and the dock, watching birds, etc! Thank you@"

"We came up for the weekend to watch the UF vs UM game and wanted to stay outside of Gainesville. This cottage was just what we wanted. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, ready for Fall. Cozy and private. Views of a farm, horses, and nature. The farm stand offers homemade goods and fresh eggs. Highly recommend!! "

"The good 1st; we had the corner “cabin” and the views were awesome & took a lot of photos. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen was sufficiently appointed. However…. the place was dirty, we had to clean the bathtub & it was a pity to have such a nice view with filthy windows. Also the internet rarely worked! Not a charming cabin but a trailer in a trailer park"

"We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! She has another job and never did anything! She said, well I am at work and will call you later! Well nothing happened!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!"

"We had family business to attend in the area & this was the perfect place for us to stay. The listing was completely accurate and clear. If you are not familiar with the area that the property is located, do your research. I saw that some had complained about the location, but that’s just the area…lol I grew up there. So I’m.familiar with the local wildlife, so to speak. Amenities in the area are limited, but about 15-20 miles from EVERYTHING you cou possibly want. If quiet is what you are...

"The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"
