It also features a full kitchen, perfect for whipping up a meal with plenty of seating for dining with the entire group! Your private balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs where you can sit down and take in the views and enjoy the fresh air.

The bus stop is conveniently located just 100 yards from the condo offering easy access to all of beautiful Summit County. Visit the outlet mall, just three miles away, rent a boat at Dillon Marina, three miles east, or head out on one of several local hiking trails that wind around the reservoir. Summit County also offers an abundance of world-class fishing, skiing, and sight-seeing, while I-70 is just a five-minute drive for easy travel to any part of Colorado.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
