This newly refreshed 2-story townhome + basement features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 across 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed with twin trundle, and 1 Twin-over-full bunk bed. It features spacious bedrooms with modern updates, TVs in every room, and new furnishings throughout. 3 living spaces, include a game room with a 412-game arcade, a Pop-a-Shot, hide-a-bed couch, and a 65” flat screen TV. There is a hot tub, private 2-car garage, and washer/dryer for guest use. Plus, you are located in the heart of Silverthorne in the Wildernest Neighborhood giving you access to multiple world-class ski resorts within a 30-minute drive and amazing hiking/biking trails out your front door.

As you enter the property, on the main level, from either the main entrance or the garage, you will find coat hooks and a bench for easy unloading as you come and go throughout the day. Down the hall is a half-bath. Through the laundry room is the game room for the kids, and kids at heart (perfect for movie nights)! The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is also located on the main level. The living area features cozy furnishings, fireplace, ceiling fan, Smart TV, board games, and access to the deck and hot tub. The wrap-around deck features the hot tub, a private grill, and outdoor dining furniture. Enjoy the sounds of birds chirping in a private, treed serenity, you may even spot a Moose!

The dining area has seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining table features a glass top and modern light fixture above. Guests can even get a game of Scrabble going with the dry erase scrabble board on the wall behind the dining table! The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware/tableware to make a home cooked meal.

Heading upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a King bed, private gas fireplace, smart TV, sitting chairs, treed view, with peeks of Lake Dillon, and an over-sized, en-suite bathroom. The 5-piece primary bathroom is complete with a soaking tub, standing shower, walk-in closet, and 2 large vanities. Down the hall guests can find the 2nd bedroom. It offers a King bed, dresser, smart TV, bedside tables, ceiling fan, and large closet. Further down the hall is the 3rd bedroom with attached bunk room. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed with dresser, smart TV, bed-side tables, ceiling fan and closet. The attached bunk room includes 4 beds (2 fulls and 2 twins), smart TV, oscillating fan, and large armoire closet. The nicely updated guest bathroom serving the upstairs guest bedrooms has two entrances, one from the hallway and one from the bunk room. This bathroom features a standing shower and double sink vanity with marble countertop.

Head downstairs and guests will find themselves in the 2nd living area. The 2nd living area features comfy furnishings and fun games for the kids! There is a mini hockey game, basketball hoop, teepee and toys. The 4th guest bedroom is also located in the daylight basement. It features a King bed, dresser, bedside tables, and ample closet space. The basement guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a standing shower.

Family Wedding
We were 8 adults and two children staying here. The house is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The management company was great to deal with as we needed a couple of cribs and a high chair. Hot tub and deck were great to hang out on and the basketball game in the game room was a hit with the three year old and adults. Highly recommend staying here!!

.2 separate familyroom spaces would be good for kids. beautiful views and convenient to town and getting to resorts. kitchen is great for cooks and this had the best outdoor grill we have found during yearly stays in the area.

Maybe the best rental I’ve ever stayed in
My fiancé and I rented this property for a snowboarding/ski trip we arranged with some old friends. The entire process and stay was wonderful. The only reason I put 4 stars for the listing was that it was slightly innaccurate - there were more bedrooms than we expected! The listing only showed 3 bedrooms at the time but there were 5 and 1 bedroom had 4 beds! This was awesome because we thought we’d have 2 friends on air mattresses but we ended up having many more beds than needed. This spot had absolutely everything you could need - cups, mugs, blankets, silverware, spices. We had an issue with the heat and hot water but communication was so easy and maintenance arrived very quickly to help. Honestly, it was the smoothest rental experience I’ve ever had and it allowed us all to focus on enjoying boarding every day. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay for any kind of ski trip!!

Wonderful stay!
We would very much like to rent here again - it was perfect for our family (my husband and I, plus our 4 adult children and a two year old) who each need their own space and bedroom. Ample space! Very well furnished, great appliances and the beds/bedding were terrific. We greatly appreciated the numerous humidifiers, thank you! Not to be too picky, because we managed with these issues with no problem… Please make a couple of repairs - one kitchen drawer was broken and two stairway railing supports were loose/hanging free… and replace the dishwasher (very persnickety). Overall, we all loved this home! Hope to be back!
