"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The simple breakfast for 3.5 euros was ideal to get us going. The only problem was that we stayed on a Monday which meant that there were no restaurants open and we had to drive 5km down the road. We didn’t get to see Simancas. There is some road noise but it did not disturb our sleep.We will probably stay again if we have the same ferry timings."

"Chose this hotel for a one night stay on the way to Santander as it was dog friendly and previous good reviews. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated.
