"Staff at this property were so incredibly friendly and helpful! From front desk staff to pool and everyone behind the scenes. The pool and beach areas were spotless and always enough towels and cocktails! Our 2 bedroom suite was large and comfy for 4 people and our view was fabulous. We received one clean during our stay. I would have liked a few more to help with towels and bathroom cleanliness...sand gets everywhere as you can imagine. Otherwise, would come back in a heartbeat! "My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. Our initial intent was to stay at an all-inclusive in St. Martin, but we found l this property on Expedia and our experience here exceeded our expectations. The unit was essentially brand new, brand new plates, cutlery furniture, towels, beach towels included. The images are a true representation of the suite. There were local restaurants, bars, grocery, convenience stores near by and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items including a cook top and oven. There were numerous reviews, that mentioned the staffed hours of the real estate office, but we found that they were more than accommodating to after-hours check in requests. The staff were so welcoming. They provided what I would consider concierge service by assisting us with our bookings for both rental car and offsite restaurants, airport transfer. They also made several suggestions for activities and beaches. Jouvence was exceptional and made our stay memorable! Thanks again! I would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful weather and comfortable room. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I booked the room (which was fine) without knowing where it was located. We were on top of the hill on the backside of the building looking into nothing which wasn't great. I would stay again if I could book a room looking out at the ocean and not on top of the hill. It became a nuisance walking up and down the hill many times each day. Would highly recommend the resort!"
