I own and live in the space so you're assured it's always quiet and clean (the home is professionally cleaned (bi-weekly) including your room and changing the bed linens for no additional charge.

Ideal location: 2 minutes to downtown Simpsonville, 15 minutes to the airport & 20 minutes from downtown Greenville! Rent includes all utilities, WIFI, streaming services and safe, onsite parking.
