"Excellent host and location. We stayed for the night while we were driving south on 95. The place was exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Kids loved the swing outside and the well sized yard to run around in. "

"Tastefully decorated,clean and comfortable.Living room lighting needs to have less bright overhead options. Dimmer is good but overhead spots need to be lower wattage! Lamp is another option. Bedrooms all need a small side table or bureau and a mirror. "

"Very worn down and linens and bedding seems like it is as old as the property. It smelled bad and could not turn the heat on because it smelled so bad and we are not talking old dust smell. No ammenities at all. Did not feel secure with all the drinking and coming and going from other occupants. "
