Located in a peaceful location, the house is charming and homey. The hosts are very kind and accommodating, and we had a wonderful stay. The view from the bedroom balcony is spectacular.

We received a warm welcome from the family and a thorough explanation of the facilities, the surrounding area and places of interest. Fabrizio communicated easily with us using the translation phone app. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and offers a genuine Italian experience. Simply wonderful.

We had a very nice stay at the Poggio d‘Eremita. Fabrizio is a very nice host who made the stay unforgetable. Everything was fine, the place is stunning. We also got recommendations for visiting around Farnetella. A visit which I definitely can recommend to everyone.

The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).

We had a lovely stay in this home. Fabrizio is incredibly welcoming and kind. The views were amazing, and there were multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the scenery. If you're looking for a more remote stay, this is for you. A 20-40 minute drive will get you to nearby towns, sights, and restaurants, so having a method of transportation allows you to fully enjoy the area.

Fabrizio was a great host, house exceeded our expectations. Secluded, quiet BUT Sinalunga was close by for supplies. Siena was 30 minutes away. In the close by village of Rigomagno was a restaurant called Scroccazuche (suggested by our host)...it was some of the finest food we have EVER eaten

We Had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. It was a breath of fresh air. I can’t think of any complaints, except just watch out for the cats they stole our daughters spaghetti when we were eating it outside and hissed at us the remainder of the time. Besides that that was perfect for our time in Tuscany.

Beautiful hillside location and welcoming, friendly host. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The gardens were gorgeous with always a place to relax in sun or shade. Loved the roof- top terrace with the view. Fabrizio, the host, was most helpful and has a good stock of wine and other essentials if needed. Highly recommended.

The current pictures do not do the property justice! We were greeted by Fabrizio and made to feel at home. Kitchen was well equipped (just need your own spices). Close to all the towns and villages we wanted to see. This property is beautifully decorated and the grounds are just as pretty. Would recommend this property!!!

Wonderful hosts, cottage, and location in a peaceful olive grove setting. We confused our check-our day, and the hosts were very gracious with us despite our error and late check-out. The house is fully stocked with wine and refreshments for purchase. It’s a charming location centrally located to the best of what Tuscany has to offer. Highly recommend! ❤️

Beautiful old house with modern touches, in the middle of countryside Tuscany. Owner very courteous and accommodating. The house is a little hard to find at first, a few more details would be helpful but this is our only complaint. We really enjoyed our time there and are greatful for the experience. It was so special, Frabrizio greets you and is so welcoming and proud of his home. The pictures do not do it justice. More beautiful and quaint in person. See the sunrise come up over Tuscany from your bedroom. Every detail was taken care of, the grounds the gardens are immaculate and beautiful. We traveled all over Tuscany. Could not have picked a better olace.

We rented a car to see the beautiful Tuscan countryside and chose Sinalunga as our place to stay because the location looked like exactly the kind of retreat we were looking for. We were absolutely delighted with Fabrizio and Nicola's lovely cottge with stunning views of Tuscan hills. Their house has everything the discerning traveler could wish for. Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, spacious and complete with everything you could want in the kitchen and all the other rooms. We felt immediately at home and Fabrizio is an exceptionally kind and gracious host. Thanks for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

The owner, Fabrizio, was so charming. He doesn't speak any English, but he has Google Translate down. This house is more beautiful than the photos show. The grounds are immaculate & we were told that we could use any of the herbs growing in the garden. We made 2 dinners while we were there and the kitchen is well equipped to cook in. There are no spices, so you have to bring your own. The location is in the country, but you can get to many Tuscan villages in a short amount of time. If we return to Tuscany, we will stay here again.

From the moment that we arrived, each day was a gift. The beautiful villa situated amongst the olive groves was beyond our expectations. From exploring the gorgeous grounds to the fabulous view from the upstairs balcony situated off the Primary suite, we were tempted never to leave this expeptional property. We were welcomed by our host's, Fabrizio and Paula who generously shared tid bits of info about the region which were invaluable to our overall experience. The nearby town has the most amazing restaurant that we frequented and that we also selfishly indulged in for take away to enjoy in the beautiful sunrooom for a romantic dinner for two. Oh, and as an added bonus, the hen on the property just might lay an egg or two for breakfast!! We highly recommend this gorgeous villa.
