Rooms a little claustrophobic for more than one (e.g. couple) and the breakfast restaurant similarly at breakfast. Gym needs additional equipment. Otherwise great location and friendly staff.

The rooms prepared for us were impeccable, however the daily cleaning was not met my expectations, my drinking glass was left uncleaned, bathing area were untouched. The only cleaning works noticed were the bins clearing and the bed making. Also I was expecting that at least 1-2 bottles or drinking water will be given daily, which should be normal standard for every decent/chained hotels, yet I was informed during the check in that only one bottle of still water and 2 small bottles of sparkling water were provided and there will be no replenishment during my 3 nights of stay, which is somewhat disappointing.

Really enjoyed the property. Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean. Stayed here for 5-6 days with full luggage’s and had no where to put our clothing. We were living out of our suitcases. No drawers. Very inconvenient. It’s the only reason I would not book again at this place unless I was just passing through. The breakfast was great. Loved the location.

We got off to a bad start with the check in lady but they next day, we were given a room upgrade. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was nice but small. If more than two people was in there, it would be a problem. I’d stay here again. Nice view from the room too.

I’m not sure how people can rate this hotel a 10. I booked based on those reviews. This is a very standard 3 star hotel and it’s fine for what it is. The rooms are ok - bit dated. Wallpaper was pealing and scratch marks on the walls. Bathroom was basic. Bed was fine for a night - definitely nothing special. Room had a damp smell. Pool area was ok. Lobby is basic. Staff were courteous and polite. I arrived early from a 19 hour flight. I knew and wasn’t expecting to get a very early check-in so was hoping I could take a shower, leave my bags, and head off sightseeing. Although there’s a pool and gym - no shower facilities! That was disappointing. Again - it’s a 3 star hotel at best and I got what I paid for although I was expecting better based on others feedback and reviews.

The hotel was in a good place, very near Clarke Quay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable and had good air condition . The pool was good but lacked beds. The pool bar charged 28 Singapore dollars for 2 small diet cokes , which was far to expensive.

It was really the worst experience with staying in this hotel. The floor smells terrible and the room cleaning service missing the room throughout the stay. Requested to clean up the room while going out, and once coming back after 2 hours, it was still not yet cleaned and had to ask to clean up again and waited outside. Also, the floor of the lifts were very wet due to people from swimming pool. Won’t think will stay again while next trip. Very unfortunate experience

Great hotel, perfect location for exploring Singapore. However, be aware it took an hour to check in to the hotel. The staff confirmed they over book the hotel, so they have to hunt the hotel for available rooms. So some customers, may end up disappointed. Poor Customer Service from management, which should not reflect on the great service from individuals at the hotel.

Very close to fort canning MRT station. Location on the river was excellent for walking into the centre. Plenty of restaurants available close by. Property was very well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful
