We live very close by and are available, but we give our guests complete privacy during their stay.

The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, a smart tv, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk in closet.
SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.
LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has cute boho coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! A large 65” TV is in the living room so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)
KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.
BACKYARD: With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the glassed in patio.
We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.
5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.
Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.
Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)
We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.
Bookings longer than 28 nights are subject to a lease and background check.
We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.
We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.
We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee
IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
Reservations Yet to Begin:
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane alert with a forecast of Category 1 or higher within our Florida area, we cannot prevent these natural events. Your safety is our priority, and we may request an evacuation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for compensation if adverse weather affects your visit.
Ongoing Stays:
If a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is declared while you're staying with us, please consider leaving if a Category 1 or higher hurricane is anticipated, following staff or local authorities' guidance.
Your safety and evacuation plans are your responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for compensation in case of weather-related disruptions, as adverse conditions may limit our communication abilities. Refunds won't be granted for circumstances beyond our control during storms. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honeybees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.
Note that we do not have snorkeling gear, but we do provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Thank you!
