"Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time. Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy. "

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, aber die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr schlecht! (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich. "The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "

"Good parking. Short-ish walk to the main town centre, bars, restaurants and the evening market. Decent options for breakfast, cured meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. A good range of lunch options, too. Bar service was very good although it did close at 23:00. You need to be in town for drinks any later than that. There is a shuttle bus available to the local beach which is beautiful with crystal clear waters. See photo for the schedule that applied when we visited in Aug '25. There is a good sized pool when you'd rather not get sand between your toes. Lifeguard is on duty for the majority of the day. He does have a day or two off over the week though (quite rightly). "

Dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality foods, and dinners at the resort’s restaurants were a highlight. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local flavors with impeccable presentation. Facilities were outstanding. The pool and private beach access were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the water. The wellness center and gym were equally impressive, offering both relaxation and the chance to stay active. Transfers and resort services were efficient, making it easy to explore nearby San Teodoro or simply relax on the property. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and gave excellent recommendations for activities and dining in the area. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the pristine beach and turquoise sea combined!"
