"I think we’ve stayed in all of the hotels or Inns In Shelter Cove. This was by far the most beautiful appointed interiors and exteriors. They had outdoor lounge chairs for looking at the ocean and a little bistro set outside our door as well. The beds were memory foam. My husband said he slept great. Will definitely stay there when we return to Shelter Cove. "

"We had a great time at Redwood River Resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. The food at Harrison's was very enjoyable also. We will stay here again! "

"The inn was actually more like a motel. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. My main issue was the floor. I am a barefoot girl and the bottom of my feet were very dirty from walking around barefoot and caused me to wear my shoes inside. There were a few minor maintenance issues which were taken care of once they were brought to the attention of the manager. "

"We were only here for one night and the weather was too chilly to take a dip in the pool. Parking was close to the guest house/pool. Nicely decorated but it’s small. Fortunately lots of outdoor space! Bed was very comfortable. Nice towels and many toiletries provided. Perfect location if you are looking to tour the Redwoods. Two things that kept me from giving 5 star rating were: there was old coffee(how old?) in the pot and the refrigerator is located outside of the unit and it wasn’t clean."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!"

"The house was beautifully organized and clean. Located in beautiful and quiet shelter cove my group of 5 friends had a wonderful stay. One of the best homes I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend for anyone including families with small children as they have accommodations for that too. Including dining ware, toys and safety features."
