"Room was very tired and showing signs of its age. Damaged wall paper and furniture. Restaurant staff generally good, a few poor customer performance. Room safe was not working and although repeated requested, not fixed for four days."

"We stayed here before starting our hike on The Pieterpad, as it is right across the street. The room was sparse, but clean. The lighting was extremely dim - I could not read my book! The bedside lamps had yellow bulbs in them, and the ceiling fixture was also dim. The food in the adjoining cafe was good, and breakfast had everything we wanted."
