Our detached holiday home on the Dutch Coast, between Alkmaar and Den Helder, in St. Maarten, in the De Wielen bungalow park, is characterized by its family atmosphere and luxurious comfort. The house is located on a plot of almost 400 square meters near Amsterdam and has a living / dining area on the ground floor with an open fireplace, cable TV, blue ray player, digital satellite system, BOSE streaming box and a luxury bathroom with rain shower and double sink, a fitted kitchen with Miele appliances and a large fridge, hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower and storage room with Miele washing and drying machine and an iron with ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Team 7 furniture, Miele appliances, landline phone, cable internet with WiFi, a beach cabin, WEBER grill, a 42 'LED TV from Philips (with Ambilight and 3D) with Bundesliga and Champions League in HD and 3D prove the luxurious standard. A Samsung UHD TV with HD programs has recently been added to the wall in one of the bedrooms. In addition, a Samsung tablet with which you can also operate the in-house Spotify account, the BOSE box, the in-house movie server and the TV.

You will not find such a house in the whole of the Netherlands ...


Driving distance: From Dortmund to our holiday home you drive approx. 3 hours. Here the route via Arnhem, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Alkmaar is recommended: A 2 to Oberhausen, then A3 towards Arnhem, in the Netherlands the A3 becomes the A12 towards Utrecht, in Utrecht change to the A2 towards Amsterdam, just before Amsterdam change the A9 towards Schiphol, Haarlem, Amstelveen. Follow the A9 to Alkmaar, then the N9 to St. Maartensvlotbrug, then towards St. Maarten.

The region: The western coastal region of the province of Noord-Holland on the North Sea is characterized by its beautiful and colorful flower fields. The wide and fine-grained sandy beaches can compete with any beach in Europe - but the generosity of the beaches is certainly unique. Beautiful coastal cities such as Egmond, Schoorl, Callantsoog, Julianadorp or the artist city of Bergen with their promenades offer a nice change from sunbathing. The Gulf Stream flowing past the coast creates a very mild climate, even in winter. The central location to the West Frisian Islands (e.g. B. Texel, Terschelling, Ameland) or the IJsselmeer with its wonderful cities Hoorn and Enkhuizen as well as the nearby cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam offer a great variety. The statistics show the North Holland coastal region as the one with the most hours of sunshine.

The holiday park De Wielen is located away from the hustle and bustle of the beach in the small and tranquil town of St. Maarten (Sint Maarten), but still close enough to the beach to be easily reached by bike. Even smaller children can easily do this. The cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam is approx. 55 km away. It makes perfect sense to take the air-conditioned train from the neighboring town of Schagen directly to Amsterdam.

Ideal Base to Explore The Netherlands
The owners were very helpful and friendly when we organised our stay. The information which we received was very detailed and helped us to find local amenities. The property was very comfortable and extremely well equipped, with everything we could possibly need. Situated in a quiet, picturesque area, it provided the ideal base for us to explore The Netherlands. We visited Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem, Leeuwarden, Rotterdam and the beach. It was our first visit to the Netherlands and we had a wonderful holiday in the perfect property. We would love to come back. Thank you to Ilona and Rainer.

Gelungene Mehrgenerationenwoche in Sint Marten
Bei perfektem Wetter haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche mit Kindern und Enkelkind in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Drei Schlafzimmer im Dach und eine sehr moderne Toilette waren zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Wohnzimmer und besonders die neue Küche waren großzügig und mit allem ,was man braucht, übersichtlich ausgestattet. Unser kleines Enkelkind konnte gefahrlos frei ums Haus herumlaufen. Das Gartenhaus mit den guten Rädern und dem sicheren Kinderanhänger beherbert auch noch etwas Spielzeug. Das Strandhäuschen sollte man unbedingt mitbuchen. Es ist prima ausgestattet. Wenn man nicht ganz unsportlich ist, ist der Weg mit den Rädern zum Strand gut machbar. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Wir waren positiv hinsichtlich der Ausstattung überrascht. Es wurde an wirklich unglaublich viel gedacht: Endlich mal große Töpfe, freier Stauraum, ausreichend Geschirr, Spiele für draußen und drinnen… Die Lage ist auch super. Der kleine nahegelegene Spielplatz ist perfekt für ein abendliches Austoben, aber auch familienfreundliche Ausflüge sind von dort sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sowie die Betreuung vor Ort ist ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und dann mit weniger Gepäck 😉

Jederzeit wieder!!!
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten sind mit Fahrrad und Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und sehr angenehm. Ebenso die Verwaltung vor Ort. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark absolut ruhig und nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut - die Technik und der Pflegezustand sind optimal. Ein so tolles Haus hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist extrem freundlich - so fängt der Urlaub schon nach der Buchung an.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben eine Woche zur Osterzeit im Ferienhaus Sonnenschein verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Gerade die Küche bietet alles, was man brauchen könnte. Messer etc. kann man zuhause lassen. Die moderne Technik hat mich fast überfordert, da ich recht oldschool bin, ist aber gut bedienbar und reichlich erklärt. Spiele und Ausflugstips sind auch in der Wohnzimmerkommode. Wir haben die Fahrräder mitgemietet, die teilweise nagelneu teilweise sehr gut gewartet und keine zwei Jahre alt waren. Der Ferienpark ist etwas ab vom Schuß, dafür ideal als Basis für Ausflüge quer durch Nordholland. Der Strand ist mit dem Rad gut in etwa 20-30 Minuten mit Kind zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

wunderbarer Familienurlaub
Die 2 Wochen in dem sehr komfortablen, technisch sehr hochwertig ausgestatteten, äußerst sauberen und trotzdem gemütlichen Ferienhaus sind wie im Flug vergangen. Durch die überdachte Terrasse hat man praktisch einen zusätzlichen Raum! Der Verwalter hatte uns an der Schranke zur Ferienhausanlage erwartet, und war auch später per Handy sofort erreichbar. Familie Nölle hatte uns im Vorfeld sehr schnell und freundlich Fragen beantwortet. Herzlichen Dank für das alles! Und das komfortabelste ist die Strandkabine mit 4 Liegen, wo man alles unterbringen kann. Wir sind sicher, dass wir hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen werden!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Es ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig eingerichtet es passt alles zusammen. Es fehlt in dem Haus an nichts. Einfach ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Wer etwas Besonders möchte und Ruhe möchte, ist dort genau richtig.👍

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist pieksauber , sehr schön hell , sehr modern eingerichtet und hat eine wunderbar ruhige Lage mit einem großen , sehr gepflegten Grundstück in fast purer Natur. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und pünktlich. Kurzum , wir kamen an und haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt , und der Urlaub konnte beginnen. Es war unser erster Hollandurlaub.Wir haben alles sehr genossen, insbesondere die Gelassenheit und große Freundlichkeit der Menschen überall. Wenn wir wieder unseren Urlaub in Holland verbringen, möchten wir wieder in diesem gemütlichen Haus wohnen.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Noord-Holland
In diesem allein stehenden Ferienhaus inmitten der Polder bei Sint Maarten fehlt es an nichts. Neben drei Schlafzimmern und einem WC in der ersten Etage, befinden sich der Wohnraum, Küche und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss umgeben von einem kleinen Garten mit Terrasse. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind Premium-Klasse und erfüllen die höchsten Ansprüche. Ein offener Kamin krönt die gemütlichen Abende, vor allem im Winter. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Auszeit mit viel Sonne und Wind im März
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet : das fängt bei der top Ausstattung der Küche an, geht über die elektronischen Medien wie Fernseher, Tablet inkl. Spotify und WLAN , bis hin zum Grill und den hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln . Ein kleines bisschen haben uns die Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern gefehlt .Wir waren allerdings auch mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast . Das war aber auch das Einzige . In der Umgebung kann man vieles unternehmen - Besuch des schnuckeligen Städtchens Alkmaar, Grachtenfahrt und Sightseeing in Amsterdam , Spazierengehen am wunderschönen Strand .....wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder 😊

Da kann man sich wohlfühlen!
Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbringen dürfen, es ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Da das Wetter so gut war waren wir oft am Strand, das Strandhäuschen dort ist einfach nur herrlich, da damit auch Liegen und Sonnen-/Windschutz vorhanden waren. Auch haben wir uns die Räder geliehen, hier ist ebenfalls für jeden was dabei und es macht Spaß. Den Webergrill haben wir auch genossen, da kommt Urlaubsstimmung auf. Die Kinder wollten gerne mehr Zeit im Haus haben, um das Filmangebot durchzuschauen, hier wäre für schlechtes Wetter wirklich ein großes Angebot vorhanden. Auch die Lage am Ende der Strasse ist angenehm und der Kontakt sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Tirol!

Liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und überkomplett ausgestattet
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es ist ruhig gelegen am hinteren Ende einer Feriensiedlung, hat einen gepflegten Garten und eine wirklich schöne und funktionale Inneneinrichtung. Weiters ist die sehr gute Heimunterhaltungselektronik hervorzuheben, es gibt Sky, umfangreiche Filmesammlungen und Internetradio, sowie ein durchaus leistungsstarkes W-Lan (WiFi), unsere 3 Kinder hatten keinerlei Beschwerden, was selten vorkommt. Wir hatten auch die Räder mit gemietet, das empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall, da die auch im Paket inkludierte Strandkabine (4 Liegen, Schirme, Windschutz, Kinderspielzeug usw. dabei) nur durch einen langen Fußmarsch erreichbar ist (eh klar, Naturschutzgebiet). Vom Haus zum Strand sind es ca. 7km, mit dem Rad und Kindern rund eine halbe Stunde, aber es zahlt sich wirklich aus, ein elendslanger, sehr gepflegter Strand, mit sehr guter Gastronomie und tollen Sonnenuntergängen, und ganz feinem Sand. Im Haus, durch einen extra Eingang erreichbar, findet man eine Miele Waschmaschine sowie Wäschetrockner, was man durchaus beim Kofferpacken berücksichtigen kann :-) . Ein Griller steht in der Garage, und im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen offenen Kamin. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, und freuen uns schon darauf!
