Holiday home Baltus, an oasis of peace and privacy!

15 minutes from the sea and the beach are holiday home Baltus! a beautiful bungalow park De Wielen in St. Maarten. The only house on the park encloses in coniferous condition! Great privacy! Private parking at the huis. Beneden is the living room with fireplace and kitchen. In the storage room is a washer / dryer / dishwasher and a small oven to bake your own delicious sandwiches for yourself. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms.
Sleeps 6 adults and 1 baby (cot). A second toilet. Linens! In the park, Wheels is a nice playground, soccer field, basketball court, fishing lake and an outdoor pool with a separate children's pool. There is a well organized animator during the summer school from 21 July // 2nd September. Entry is free. The Dirksgolfplatz is only a few kilometers away! even the lively city of Schagen is right! and of course the beach dunes are 10 minutes away from the beautiful park holding bikes in St. Maarten. Eine schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool und Spielplatz. Das Haus von Conny ist gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist von "Conny"feren umfasst, so dass man seine Privatsphäre hat. Wir durften Conny persönlich kennenlernen. Der persönliche und schriftliche Kontakt war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in schönem, ruhigenFerienpark
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. In dem Häuschen von Frau Baltus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Ausstattung mit Babybett, Kinderstuhl und gesicherten Steckdosen. Für Eltern von kleinen Kindern auf jeden Fall wichtig! Sie Umgebung ist sehr schön und in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto die schönsten Strände zu erreichen, außerdem ein toller Spielpark im Nachbarort Petten. Der Spielplatz und der Pool im Ferienpark sind auch ganz toll und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist man für einen Tagesausflug in Alkmaar. Kurzum : für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist der Ort und das Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell, wenn man hohe braucht. Vielen Dank!

Fijne vakantie in een confortabel huis met mooie tuin.
Het is huis, voor 7 personen is van alle gemakken voorzien.Vaatwasmachine, wasmachine en droger. Heeft 2 toiletten.Goed onderhouden tuin. Er is een BBQ. In het recreatiepark, bar/restaurant en verwarmd zwembad. De auto kun je naast het huis parkeren.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Anlage,die sehr gepflegt und ruhig liegt.Schöne Angebote mit Freibad,Kiosk(Kneipe) und Leihfahrräder.Super als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Strand und Städte.Haben es genossen abends dann ruhig dort im Garten zu sitzen und zu entspannen.Im Haus alles vorhanden.Gute Ausstattung.Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieterin.Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werde nicht das letzte mal dort sein.

Schöne Tage verlebt
Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage für alle, die gern mit dem Rad unterwegs sind. Ausstattung ist ok, alles vorhanden (außer einem Backofen). Besitzerin sehr nett, wir wurden persönlich mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Für heiße Zeiten gibt es sogar einen Pool im Feriendorf.

Très bon séjour - maison recommandée
La communication avec Conny s’est faite en anglais et s’est très bien passée. Arrivée tardive possible grâce à boîte à clef. La maison est bien équipée et permet facilement de loger 6 adultes plus bébés. La région est sympa, Amsterdam et Rotterdam sont à. Portée pour y passer la journée en visite.

Sehr nettes Haus
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch gut Deutsch. Der Ablauf war unkompliziert. Es ist zwar ein älteres Haus, wurde aber innen ordentlich auf Stand gebracht. Das Grundstück ist top, da man hier seine Privatsphäre schon beim morgendlichen Frühstück auf der Terasse genießen kann. Bei den ganz neuen Häusern geht dies meistens nicht. Die Innenausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Es gibt auch schnelles WLAN. Wenn ich wieder in diesen Park fahre würde ich versuchen, wieder das gleiche Haus zu bekommen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Strand gut erreichbar. Will man mit dem Auto nah an den Strand empfehle ich Petten. Zum Einkaufen und Essen liegt Schagen nicht weit weg. Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen möglich.

Die Unterkunft entsprach total unseren Erwartungen. Der naheliegende Pool und die Umgebung waren für Unternehmungen ohne Auto ideal. Sauberkeit und Einrichtungen waren vorbildlich. Die zusätzliche Toilette im oberen Bereich war eine aus den Unterlagen nicht hervorgehende Überraschung. Im Großen und Ganzen (auch der nahe Strand) ein schönes Erlebnis.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Conny. Das Haus ist wunderbar gepflegt und gelegen. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir den ganzen Tag Sonne, es gab sogar noch eine extra Toilette oben. Der Garten ist wunderbar.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Es ist alles da. Wir haben nur zu bemängeln das es wirklich sehr hellhörig ist und mit kleinen babys schwer das sie nicht immer wieder wach werden. Sonst top. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto ca 20 min fahren leider
