"Everything! This was the most magical stay. Perfect everything. Reminder us of staying in a mini fairytale castle or something out of Bridgerton. Staff extremely kind and helpful, very clean, stunning grounds, walkable to everything in Sintra. If you are driving the parking is so easy and spacious. This was our favourite stay in Portugal. "
"The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance.
