Our favorite stay in Sioux Falls. We absolutely love everything about Hotel on Phillips. The staff are accommodating— the beds comfy and the beauty of the hotel keeps us coming back.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I know the restaurant is not directly affiliated with the hotel, but the host could use some tact and friendliness.

My daughters and I treated ourselves to this lovely hotel during our annual Christmas shopping weekend. The hotel is LOVELY…rooms delightful!! The valet was quick to help and the staff, pleasant. We will be back! We enjoy a luxury stay and this one is the new top of the list for us!

Front desk guy wouldn’t help me connect to the internet so it took me 4 hours to eat after the concert I went to and he said it was because of my iPhone when all he had to do was show me it was working, also the shower made a humming noise and turned off and the room was double what I was told I would be paying for.

We were a little disappointed with the return shuttle from a concert. We called and lady said he should be returning to pick up soon. Too many people for that one, tried calling again and again, no answer and then got mailbox full. So no shuttle, had to Uber.

Cleanliness was an issue as there was fecal matter on the toilet seat. Street level Parking lot is a nightmare. Room was very comfortable and loved being downtown.

This was a very nice hotel and very clean. The staff that we interacted with were really nice and professional. I also liked that it was downtown and walking distance from bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.
