This property was poorly maintained. The heaters were not working in the pools at all on day one and the kids pool was ice cold. Unusable! On check out day we got up early to see if it was any better and even though the heaters were “fixed” it was still too cold to use. There were no pool towels in the pool area so I had to take my freezing grandbabies to the lobby to get towels. The carpets throughout the establishment were nasty. I can’t believe I was charged nearly $300 for one night at this subpar, poorly maintained establishment. Will not be returning.
