Retro Haven is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Sioux Falls. Augustana College, Great Plains Zoo, USS South Dakota Battleship Memorial and other places of amusement are only a few minutes from the home.
• 4 bedrooms/sleeps 10
TWO king bedrooms. One on the main floor with a 55 inch TV. The other king room is in the basement
One queen bedroom on the main floor
One with twin beds for the munchkins in the family. A twin air mattress with all the bedding is also available
• Kids room/office space contains books, kid table, paper, markers, games. A desk, office chair, desk lamp, paper and writing utensils are furnished
• Wood-burning fireplace in living room is currently not functional
• Gas fireplace in family room
• 1 full bath on main floor, 1 full bath and 1 half bath in the basement

• Off-street parking for 5 cars

Retro Haven contains some retro styling but with all the modern comforts and conveniences. Two king bedrooms provide the space and privacy for more that one family. With two eating areas, the space is perfect for family get togethers.

Pet food dishes, a blanket, and even treats are provided for the furry member of the family. Doggie bags are also provided for proper disposal of 'deposits'.

Comfortable, cozy and clean
Loved our stay at Retrohavensf. Located in a great neighborhood, this home is comfortable, spacious, attractive and very clean. Host thought of everything with this place. Very much appreciated the garage and backyard, too. Will definitely return and really grateful for this as an option to stay in Sioux Falls.

My family and i had a great stay. The house is very warm and comfy. It is also located in a great neighborhood close to everywhere in Sioux Falls. The host was generous and great in communicating with me. Definitely a repeat stay next time I'm in SF!

Great Place!
First of all, it's a beautiful neighborhood. Full of old-home charm but well taken care of. This property is surprisingly large - more than enough space for the five adults we had. Everything is nicely updated and comfortable. Plus, the home was very clean and ready to go! The outdoor space is a bit small, so don't expect tons of yard for the kids to run, but it was perfect for us. We played some board games outside before dark and had a blast. The extra amenities (some complimentary toiletries, games to play and kid/pet supplies) are very thoughtful even if they aren't useful for every guest. We also very much appreciated the light check-out process. No need to do laundry, vacuum and shampoo carpets here! Take out the trash, start the dishwasher (with any dishes) and you're out the door. This was particularly thoughtful with an earlier checkout (10:00 AM). Overall - it was a great place! We were all impressed!

Great spot for family
My siblings, their spouses and all our kids booked a long weekend at the Retro Haven and we had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us (9 total), and everything was updated, clean and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all attractions. Would definitely book again!

Very clean super comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Central Sioux Falls close to downtown. Used the property for our daughter’s wedding week. It was perfect. Lots of weeding prep during the day. it was wonderful to come home to a super comfortable home in the evening.

We were very comfortable and had a very home like feel. Our daughter loved all the retro touches and enjoyed playing the oldies on the record player. The home was so close to everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our daughters dog. We all enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

We came to Sioux Falls for a state swim meet at the Midco Aquatic Center. The home’s location was perfect for us as it’s a short walk or drive to the venue. The home is spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Pheasant Fest 2024

A group of us girls stayed at this house as we were attending the funeral of a friend. The place was perfect. Great space for hanging out and visiting. Great neighborhood, felt safe. Only problem was communication through the app, which the host was very gracious about me missing the checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent house for our belated holiday family gathering. The property was very clean, exactly as pictured and we appreciated being able to park in the garage too. The location is really handy and we will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Sioux Falls. It was perfect!
