Summary:
Come and stay at our beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Sioux Falls! This home is large enough to host a big family, but cozy enough to make you feel at home. It boasts 4 great size bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, as well as 2 sleeper sofas for larger groups. Watch your favorite movie or sports game on the Smart TV as you sit in the 7 person hot tub after a long day. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for kids or pets wanting to stretch their legs. Enjoy easy access to all of Sioux Falls with Augie, USF, Sanford just blocks away, and Avera just 1 mile away. Numerous restaurants are less than a mile from your front door.

The Space:
Enjoy this ranch home that has two bedrooms on the main and two in the basement. Plenty of seating for large family events at the table, and put up a second table for holiday events. Large backyard with plenty of room to play and two off street parking spots.

Great for a family gathering!
Such a great home for gathering together with family and friends. We loved all the spacious bedrooms, huge dining room table for meals and to play cards, big backyard, multiple tvs and hangout spots, and of course the hot tub room was a huge hit with the kids! Amazing property
We loved our stay at 2004 Duluth. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed. There were games to play in the hall closet and shampoo, conditioner, and even body wash. The house was in a great central location - close to the everything. We loved it and would rent it again.

This house was a perfect place to gather with family! We truly enjoyed this spacious and comfortable house, especially the large dining table. It was very well furnished with lovely simple decor. Another great stay at one of James‘s properties
Property was great. Furnishings were modern and comfortable, kitchen was extremely well stocked. Lots of seating around the table, and extra card table chairs were convenient for the porch. Pack and play for a baby. Plenty of towels and sheets, extra cleaning supplies. Wonderfull backyard, we had our dogs and we sat out on the porch and used the grill. They allowed us have our grandbaby’s birthday party there and it was a great venue for 20 people. The location is near everything. The neighborhood was quiet. 2 living rooms so we could watch a movie upstairs while the kids played games downstairs. We did have a few issues that came up that really affected our stay and James was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic for party of 9
We all thought it was great! 9 women could sit in the living room and catch up. Just a couple suggestions from the group. We had 2 generations and the older ones would have liked to have a handicap bar to help get in and out of the tub. We had a gorgeous weekend and would have loved a few more chairs out on the deck but those are minor. We loved the space and the amenities. Coffee, hot tub, close proximity to anything. Great property!
