Great stay!
The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

My friends and I booked this home for a wedding. It was perfect. Beds are comfy. Even the pullout couch is comfy. Hot tub is great. Neighborhood quiet. Easy cleanup process. Great hosts! Cozy little place
Overall experience was great. Mostly was just needed for a place to sleep and the hot tub was great after being on the go all day. Not sure if the batteries to the front door were dead but couldn't get in that way, but was fine as the backdoor worked fine.

Perfect spot for a getaway.
I'm terrible at writing timely reviews but my wife and I stayed here back in September 2023 while we were on our 5th anniversary trip back to Montana where we got married. Overall the place was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'll add that the hottub was a nice bonus, especially after a few days of long drives!

I want to say how greatful I am to have found a location close to medical center when dealing with a family death. You were very helpful for so many needed services that are not part of a normal vacation- like where to get a set of tires, or recommended places for food and or how to manage navigating the local utility systems. I look forward to coming back to Sioux Falls when it’s a vacation and not a time of grief.
