"POSITIVES Absolutely beautiful view from the room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in the kitchen/servers were so kind to our son. Wifi did not work in our room but staff went above and beyond to have it repaired for us. NEGATIVES A bit awkward at check in. It appeared staff did not know we had a reservation and I had to prove/show our reservation email several times on my phone which was not the smoothest check in after a long day of travel. "

"This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers."

"Special thanks to Philip and Jasmine who work the front desk. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. This caused communication issues or misunderstandings. The area felt safe and there are two supermarkets on either side of the hotel"
