"We enjoyed our stay here, it's quiet, cozy and clean. Very close to the beach that is nice and not over crowded as we only seen a few people. But the weather wasn't the best for the time we were there in early July unfortunately. The owner was very nice. He met us at the property to give us a run through on the property, how everything worked and where things were. The front dining room is particularly nice, big with warm lighting if desired for dinner, ect. Overall it was a relaxing and easy...

"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"

"We were there with our four children's families, together 17 people (0 to 60+). The house worked well for so many people and there were lots of toys outside and inside for the kids. What lowers the rating was that the garbage bins were full when we arrived on Saturday and were not emptied until the following Friday. It was a horrible stench and a lot of flies. "Great stay as always. However, I thought I was getting a room with a desk, but I did not. This made it difficult to do my work. The breakfast was very good, but it had fewer offerings than in the past, such as a loaf of good bread. Despite this, I enjoyed the stay and hope to return soon. I especially enjoyed using the hotel bicycle to get around Lund."

"We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!"

"I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "There is some construction, the hotel is expanding into an adjacent building. But not very bothersome. The rooms can be small and minimal but I opted for a large room with fridge and micro. NOt much more expensive than a room half the size. Bathroom was excellent, no bathtub but handheld shower and once could regulate water amount and temperature separately, that is if you closed the shower you could trivially restart it with the same temperature setting. Which I appreciate very much. Within walking distance to the old parts of the university and 100 meters from a tram leading to the large new areas of the University and the neutron spallation source. They also arranged a very excellent reception/dinner I had for 25 people."
