It was nestled among tall trees and foliage and surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn and deck overlooking the waters of pueget sound. It was a delightfully comfortable and peaceful trip and close enough to some quaint local towns for short day trips. We would love to return for another visit!"

"This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with wildlife. We saw fox and deer on the property. This place has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The property was just as advertised, especially the bedrooms were very nice for the 6 of us and the kitchen area was well stocked for cooking at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. I highly recommend this place if looking for a San Juan Island retreat."

"I had to send a reminder email to get the ID verification process started. It wasn't too hard, but it is another layer on top of the Vrbo interface. The main room has a big window facing the water. The porch also has that ununobstructed view. I really liked that. I have a few suggestions for improvement, but overall, this was a great place to stay. The kitchen could be stocked better with measuring cups, rolling pin, etc. The chairs look nice but are not the most comfortable after awhile....

The House of the Ocean Sun absolutely exceeds the amazing pictures and write-up in every way. Views are epic. The property is immaculately maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped—it even has an espresso machine that converted us away from pods. "The place was lovely. We absolutely loved the view of the bay. It was fun watching all of the different birds. It was quite stormy while we were there. It was nice to be cozy and warm next to the fireplace. It was nice to watch the storm from the shelter of the house! The kitchen was well stocked so we only ate out once during our three night stay. We had a nice time exploring Camano Island! It's really a beautiful place!"

"We had a nice stay at this large home--plenty of room for our group, and very clean and comfortable. There were a few issues that were hopefully taken care of. The photos in the listing were not accurate, as there was no pool and no full sized basketball goal. The entry keypad is a bit tricky, but we figured it out. Also, the ice maker was not working right, dumping ice in the bottom of the freezer. The management team was very responsive to our concerns, so that was good. It's a very nice,...

"The house is tucked away in the woods in a quiet remote area. Perfect place for the 2 of us to stay. Very clean and great communication from VRBO. My only critiques would be the sheets are not soft and cozy and the heat takes a long time to heat an area. We had a great time soending our anniversary on the island. We would stay again."
