And the second time I rebooked here was even worse. The hotel questioned my payment which was made via Expedia. I had the receipts & the money was deducted from my account. The whole premise was that they prefer cash instead of card payments since they have to wait for the money to transfer. The hotel insisted that I pay again in cash...

"The property itself was a 8 min walk from Bunk art which was our reason for staying in that area. Good for that but when we arrived they had no idea about our reservation. The blanket was a rough large towel and the ambience music was so loud you could hear it in the middle of the night.
Breakfast was mediocre and the impression of the place was soulless and a mis match of random items.

Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely
