Skaneateles house close to village

Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities.
Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath.

The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom.

Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! The location to the village, the beautiful and updated home all make for an easy and relaxing stay! This was the perfect house for a low-key relaxing Bachelorette weekend on Skaneateles Lake. The house was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Buddy and Maria have a lovely rental that is located near the town of Skaneatles. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bath of the first floor and a bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and the common areas and back deck are great places to gather. Would stay again at their place.
