"Amazing location in Alta Badia and a great base for the surrounding activities.
The property itself was lovely! Very comfortable rooms and the spa and sauna were great after long days hiking. Also the best breakfast spread we’ve had in our entire 4 week trip to Italy. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home. "A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock.
