"Stayed in small camping pod and loved it. Loved the atmosphere there. Overall, much greater than I expected, and I already was excited for the stay. the restaurant overlooking the waterfalls and river, the troll garden stroll, the hot tubs. All superb. It is in a remote area and provided us an excellent view of the northern lights, which we watched from the hot tub. Ideal experience, I recommend giving it a shot. "

"This property was an old articulated bus, separated into three units, fitted into a hillside with the mountain looming over us and a view of the ocean on the other side. I didn't and ended up disturbing a lovely woman and her very cute dog around 9pm because we didn't know how to check in. When we got into the cabin, we were happy with it and it was comfortable. "The house was as described. Very well appointed. Spotless. Quiet with a relaxing view out the window. We saw the northern lights right off the back deck- amazing! Check in process was very easy. The home is in a great location for exploring the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and is well appointed with everything we needed! "My family of 5 stayed at Ursula’s lovely home for our short visit to Iceland. The home was great for us to have family time, but also our own space to wind down at the end of a busy day. The kitchen was a dream to cook family meals in and my adult children loved the hot tub and close walk to the ocean. It was a wee bit of a drive to Reykjavík, but so worth it.
