"It wasn't my first time in Kyustendil, but the first time in this hotel. The staff members were much more than helpful and kind. If I'll arrive to Kyustendil again - I'll definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities."
