"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. "We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. "This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."
