"My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We were there for an Exhibition at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly, since we had to take our small terrier with us. There was no extra cost for that. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern and very clean. There was even a complimentary breakfast. The people at the reception were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year again!"

"The staff should communicate more. We have a toddler and wanted to show him the rooftop on a specific day. We asked the front desk in the morning and they said it was closed until 2pm. Then we came back to the hotel specifically to go to the rooftop and show our child, but they said they were mistaken, it's closed for another few hours. So we missed that after changing plans around to see the not-so-spectacular rooftop that my child was excited about. Other than that, stay was good. "
