Excellent Relaxing Stay
The Cozy Cabin was a great set up for our annual hiking trip. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All instructions were accurate and the listing was exactly as described. The hot tub was key after long days out on the trails. The host was very helpful and able to send over replacement propane tanks for the fire pit, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again.

Hurricane
Our stay here was just overnight as we had to be moved because they had lost water and electricity in the hurricane rains passing through. Only low ratings because we were not notified before arrival that there was a power and water outage (the storms had passed through a couple days before) and because we really had to argue on the first call we made to not make us pay more to move cabins (we did have a longer booking but said we were fine to split the total length of the stay). However, in the morning we got someone different when we called and she was much more gracious and willing to work with us. In the end we got a good stay and the hassle could have been worse. Cozy Canopy was very beautiful and we would have loved to be able to stay our honeymoon there, would love to stay there when there is power and water.

Beautiful Cabin
This was an amazing trip with a lovely cabin. My only issue was that the firepit on the deck didn't work or was out of gas. One would think that something that is featured would work. Other than that it was a beautiful stay and that was just a minor thing. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely cabin in great location
DEFINITELY will want an AWD car! I almost took a chance by bringing my Civic but so glad I didn’t, as the street and driveway are VERY steep! Cabin was clean and wonderful, exactly as described. Loved the private peaceful feeling as l enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. Not able to use bedroom TVs but nobody really cared. Would recommend!

Motorcycle accident waiting to happen (It happened)
Cabin was excellent (1 night) If you can get to your driveway your a hell of a motorcyclist.None of these rentals I would recommend for anyone riding a motorcycle and should be noted on your website. Had to go somewhere else the other 3 days for our vacation because of the piss poor road leading up to our cabin.

Waste of money!!
First impressions pulling up to the cabin not good everything was dirty and covered in spiderwebs. On the outside the porch and deck were dirty, hadn’t been swept off there was an active hornets nest under the eve at the front entrance! Things didn’t get any better inside the floors were dirty, spiderwebs throughout the cabin the vent in the hallway and bathroom were caked in dust. The bathroom was probably the worst the toilet partially worked you have to take the tank lid off each time you flush it to wiggle the valve so it will refill the tank. The shower drain would barely drain when we got there until I removed a wad of hair the size of a tennis ball from it. There were piles of lint on the floor around the washer and dryer unit. The kitchen had dirty dishes on the shelf , plates with dried food on them. Dead batteries in the remotes. The porch with the hot tub was filthy there was wasp nest everywhere in the ceiling tons of spiderwebs and just overall dirty. Also no mention in the listing that you could only turn the air conditioner down to 72 or it would freeze up. So if you like it hot and dirty and don’t have a allergy to wasp and hornets this place is great!

The cabin was amazing. Nice and peaceful location. The cabin had everything that we needed. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, My wife enjoyed it very much! We are planning to get one at home shortly. The location of the property was a little puzzling at first. When we started to venture of and visit locations. The placement of the property made perfect sense! You’re literally right in the middle of everything that you will want to see! Everything interesting is just a few miles away! My wife and I will visit the area again soon and we will use you all for lodging. That you very much for the hospitality!

Nice and private
Located close to state park but remote enough to be away from it all. Some of the controllers had no batteries and there were very few curtains on the windows so it could use some more privacy. But overall we really enjoyed it.
