"The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… "

Went for nature walk you are supposed to sign in for this event, but we walked into the lobby and asked to join and they added us without even saying anything.we enjoyed s’mores at the outdoor fireplace. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
