The elevator is quite small and slower than grass growing. But the rest of the hotel is great, particularly if you like privacy and quiet spaces. Their cafe is sort of dead, but it's not a huge deal. Front desk staff is friendly yet not so helpful when asking for small favors like early checins, late checkouts or upgrades.

We always stay at the Resorts World - Conrad and Hilton and we would like to experience the Crockfords next time hopefully as we love staying at the Resorts World. Nice hotel, very clean and staff are friendly. They now charge for parking though. We stayed there twice this year, once in May 2024 there was no parking and Dec. 2024 now with parking charges:).

Very disappointing.
Location was good, gym & pool area were nice, crowd was fun. Staff was generally good.
Room was very basic, bathroom in particular (a bath/shower combo in a recently built five star hotel?)
Pool area was shut down for a whole day for maintenance.
Prices were too high for bfast though. Same for drinks at the bar ($90 for 2 cocktails & an order of fries).
Concierge was hapless, left work without passing along our file to anyone (we had asked for help for dinner rez & concert tickets), something I have never experienced in 30 years of staying at high end hotels.
Anyhow, wont be back and wont recommend.

"We love the nature and simplicity of the venue as a whole. The food was great; the staff are excellent. For this particular stay; morning cook staff was a little slow and probably short staffed due to the holidays but overall it was a great trip and we will return for sure."

"The sanatorium is generally good and the food and the area and the staff. But it should be borne in mind that the price does not include procedures from the word at all. And most importantly, it is impossible to sleep on the bed, the mattress still remembers the Soviet Union."
