"The hotel is brillaint, 5 minute walk alway from the lake and the owner provided resturaunt recommendation and highlighted the best view points. I will definitely stay here again."

"Very basic hotel, a bit noisy at night time, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly. Just keep in mind that you check in at a hostel a few doors down, but the staff will walk you to your building. The hotel's location cannot be beat!"

Lucas got me taken care of and pointed out places to eat and drink and showed me to my room and was a great help! The staff were all great! "Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, with the only slight downside being some noise from the nearby restaurants at night, but this was incredibly minor. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage and highlighting that we had accidentally left some belongings after we checked out. I would happily stay here again."

"Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste.
