"The hotel, spa and restaurant were great. The only complaint was the standard of the room, which really could do with a revamp (especially for 300 euro a night). A better bed, unscratched floor and smart TV would be a good start. The room looked like it hadn’t had an upgrade for about fifteen years."

"Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places. "Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"
