We had a fantastic weekend at Tuki Retreat. The property offers a breathtaking, open countryside view that immediately sets a peaceful tone. The accommodation is cozy and well-appointed, making it a great place to unwind. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which perfectly complemented the serene setting.

We have just returned from an amazing three nights at Tuki. It was hands down the most relaxing weekend away we've ever had, even though we did a lot around the area. The spa bath was very welcome after we returned from a 50km bike ride on the Ballarat Rail Trail, the spring water at Tuki does wonders for overworked muscles. Robert and Jan were so helpful and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure to be so welcome on their farm. Spending time amongst the animals on a working farm was great, so good to look out the window and see horses and sheep just over the other side of the dam. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the coffees that went with it were fantastic. Next time we visit Tuki we will definitely spend more time on the property and really unwind. Plus get the chance to throw in a line and catch a trout for dinner.

This is the second year my partner and I have stayed here while attending tge Clunes Book Town Festival, and we utterly love it. The location is quiet and beautiful, the staff a joy to deal with, and the cuisine offered in the restaurant absolutely amazing. We can't recommend Tuki highly enough, and intend to keep returning.

We had an amazing time at Tuki. Bedrooms very spacious, living area small but that's to be expected from an original shearers cottage. Hosts were fantastic, as it was a working farm kids were fascinated with animals. The owners took lots of time out to chat with them and show how things worked on the farm. They gave horse rides and let them watch sheep shearing. The fishing was an great experience for us especially when our catch was cooked up and served to us in the restaurant. Kids want to go back every year!

No good

Pretty dirty room. Not really a lake. The people were nice and the breakfast provided was good so long as you're happy to wash up anything you're going to cook with or eat off first
