"This is the second year staying in this house for Thanksgiving. It is perfect for our family. There are plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. The main kitchen is a dream to cook in. Having a second kitchen in the basement is perfect for those things that take a long time to cook as well as the extra counter prep space and fridge. The dining table fits everyone so we can all relax and enjoy our meal together. The view of the lake is fantastic and the patio makes it a lovely space to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. On clear nights there is minimal ambient light so perfect for stargazing. The owner was very responsive to communications with a couple minor issues we had. He was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to spending future Thanksgivings here when possible. "

The house itself was clean and well-equipped with sufficient amenities for guests. However, I encountered some discrepancies regarding the check-in process. The information provided in the listing indicated that a physical key would be available in a lockbox; however, I discovered that entry is actually via a touchpad. This led to some confusion and a significant amount of time spent searching for the key. I recommend updating the listing to clarify this aspect for future guests. Additionally, the advertisement mentioned access to the on-site club amenities . Upon further inquiry with the management company, I learned that this access is not available. I have advised the management team to revise the listing to avoid any potential misunderstandings. On a positive note, I want to commend the management company for their assistance. I requested an early check-in to enjoy the lake view before sunset, and they graciously accommodated my request. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and support. I would also like to mention that guests are responsible for disposing of their trash, as there is no on-site pickup. The nearest dumpster is approximately a nine-minute drive away, which may be worth noting for future guests. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I found the house to be clean and comfortable. "

"Very nice house with everything you need for a getaway to the lake. Great location with a nice dock. Boat rental at Mariners Landing directly across the cove made it super easy. Easy check in and check out process. Will definitely return!"

"My family, including grandparents, were in town to attend a graduation so we added on a long weekend. The home is just outside the SML park. If you enjoy outdoor activities, I recommend this property. We had a great time around the firepit out back one evening, the weather and bugs were very accommodating. The home easily sleeps 6 and 8-10, assuming some people are sleeping in the same bed, is realistic. One thing to note, there is only a convenience store locally, the nearest town was 20 minutes away so bring with you what you will need, you cannot easily run to the store to pick-up an item."
