"Been our regular destination for over 5 years our kids have grown up holidaying with their friends at smiths beach and love this house. We feel right at home and the dog loves lounging around the deck and big secure back yard . Big part of how we reset for the year ahead. Easy house to keep clean has everything you need beds are comfy great air con. Neighbours are great and give us a warm welcome every year.. Caroline is great to deal with as well very responsive. "

"If you want a place that only has hot water in the morning and has a filthy dirty bbq with no gas and a bit of black mould thrown in.This place is for you.O did I forget to mention it says sleeps 7 adults but 3 out of the 5 of us had to sleep in children's bunkbeds.
