"Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! "Great choice for my second time in Copenhagen. My first visit was near Nyhavn which I found to be a tourist zoo. I would highly recommend this neighborhood; with a classic European square that is all-day more livable with coffee, bakery, shops, and dining and beer/wine options. "The stay was very nice! Soft and comfortable bed and windows that open for fresh air! The staff was very friendly and prompt. The executive lounge was well worth the upgrade. Nice quiet room to relax and have drinks and snacks. Only a 5 minute walk to Nyhavn and metro train. Great location! Bar and restaurant in lower level."

"Had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, and appreciated the modern decor of the common rooms. Especially liked the “Woods Copenhagen” skincare amenities (if only they made a perfume!). The daily happy hour is lovely, and had fun renting the hotel bikes (with helmets). Highly recommend. "

"Excellent hotel, Small rooms but your only in there to sleep! Towels, soap and shower gel all provided. Slept well every night. Breakfast was continental but perfectly adequate. Staff very helpful, luggage storage available if you arrive before check in or have a later flight home. Walking distance to Nyhavn great location."

"The hotel was convenient to the airport which was perfect as we flew in 9.30pm and flew out 9 am. You don't have to go outside to access it which is good in bad weather. The staff were under pressure due to people trying to book in after cancelled flights, but they were still polite and helpful. The room was simple but had everything we needed. "

"This was a great place to explore Copenhagen from. Nyhavn was a 5 minute walk away and Amalienborg was down the street. The staff was very helpful both at check in and at the restaurant and bar. Louis at the bistro was very helpful when choosing an entree and drink for my first dinner in town after flying from the US. The rooms are small but are very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed that the bathroom had a Bluetooth speaker."
